Okay, I admit that the code is messy, it uses iframes and tables and probably screws up in most browsers (when I made it I only designed for Firfox  ) but I'm purely asking for a review on the actual design; think of it as a still image and tell me what you think of the layout :p. I will be converting to CSS very soon.
OMG I really am losing it....I'm only 13 oh man :p

Nice site. Good layout and design.
I'm curious, though. I've never heard of the term "Parkour". But I've seen this activity featured in TV programs.
Do you know if its referred to by other names?

I think it's sometimes refered to as "free running".

Yes, Freerunning is a commonly used name. It may also be reffered to as martial arts tricking, tricking or street stunts although these concentrate more on flips etc.

Good design and layout. I like your banner. And maybe you can change your font size a bit smaller. You can use css to make it blend with you taste and style. Good luck:D
