I have noticed, that the community is WAY less inactive. It used to be really active  I miss the old community! Maybe its because ryan is gone  but, i guess its just an inactive stage, and itll probably go back to normal.

Yeh - I've thought that recently too. When I first joined, I couldn't reply fast enough.

Oh, I'm not too concerned. Every online community tends to go in cycles.
A few hard-cores hang in there for years, and there's a constantly shifting middle ground of new people that tend to stick around for a month or so.
As well as the 'hit and runs' that just want an answer to a question, or an invitation to something.
And course, every time a spammer gets banned, it seems quiet by comparison for a while. 
One thing I've noticed about Google Community is that people tend to wander back every now and then, even if they've been gone for months.
The best thing to do is not worry about it, and just keep working to make this one of the friendliest, informative, and helpful communities around.
If we do that, people will continue to 'find' us, and want to stick around.
Quality matters. Not numbers.

I agree with everything Mondine has stated above.
It remains a mystery to me why in a community of roughly 12643 members, only 100 come by. Of those, prolly 50 ever post!
Lastly,I hate the idea of segregation here.
prolly=probably  Don't try this at home.

I have no idea why we even have one, I say just get rid of the country forum(s). There's no need for them.
If this community wants country forums so bad, do it this way, make a forum for each region like Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America, etc. That way you don't end up making hundreds of forums for each country,

I usually read every post every day, just don't post so much anymore.
I don't have much time on the net like I use to, and it's not just GC that was affected. I had to give up my love for website building as well  |
