If a link is helpful to other users, it's normally good to post it. It's just advertising things like your own site as something it's not which is annoying.

GroundPounder, that is one of a number of commercial sites that will offer free domain "parking" in order to
promote its other services, such as escrow.
I know you're just trying to be helpful, but if you don't have an actual reason in your experience
to recommend such a site, please do not.
In any case, bald links shouldn't be posted with no explanation, and this one, at best should be cited
as an example of a type of site.
