This is my attempt at poetry. I don't usually write poetry but here it is anyways.

The Unfinished Story...

I opened a book to see what would unfold
An unfinished story is what it told
It didn't have much direction
There was never a change in each section

Someone had tried and tried
But no amount of ink could hide
The story of a life filled with regrets
One life with many trials and tests

All of a sudden one day
The story went a different way
I searched for the reason...
Sudden Success? Money? Change in Season?

Finally an answer I found was true
The change was caused by you
You never once left him on his own
Not always present but he was never alone

He learned a lesson taught by ones self
Life is pointless unless you have someone else
Days, weeks, and years will go
This book will continue to grow

Each day filled with joy and strife
And when completed will be titled "My Life"....
