Did you try the daily reminder? I didn't though I saw this feature in the settings : you can ask GCalendar to send you everyday (it's done at 5AM) a reminder by mail of all your events of the day. Then you could simply print the mail I guess.

About my previous post :
Quote:
Nop, that means only the events on the first calendar, the first in your "My Calendar" list. That is the one automatically created by Google Calendar.
Personally I think this restriction sucks and I don't understand why they did that !

I just received today a reminder of one of my others "My Calendar" calendar (yeah, I know it's a bit confused). Did google changed their way of thinking / reminding ? Anyway, that's cool !

"Your Daily Agenda email only includes events from your primary calendar. Events on your secondary calendars aren't included at this time. But stay tuned...we plan to include events from all your calendars soon."

That could be useful to me depending how much event info is included.

This is great. I use Google services all the time, meaning I'll actually remember stuff using this calender!

No real complaints yet, it's working smothly.

I tried my Google Calender, honestly, nothing beats the real thing, be it my pocket book, post-it note, or bubble gum wrapper. I found my self writing my calendar on a piece of paper than retyping it in GCalender. THen I thought, that's kind of dumb caue it's already on my post-it note so I can just post-it on my computer screen or desk.
Nothing beats a ball-point pen and paper.

Well, I suppose Google Calendar is for people who use their computers and the Internet regularly. And I agree - a pen and paper is much more helpful if its always in front of you. Smile

I just find that I always loose paper sheets

Unfortunately, it's not as convenient as paper. I would personally like the Google Personalized home to be able to show your upcoming day (or current day if it's in the morning) on your home page. It would be more useful then.

Have been using Windates Calendar program for years and have not found any other calendar program to match my needs. If Google adds features that are similar to Windates I might be tempted to make a switch. I did import events from Windates but anniverseries, birthdays, etc. were not imported. For anyone interested in Windates, you should know that the program is no longer sold but may still be available for download on the internet.

Just a couple of features missing, such as group invite to an event, and it's having real trouble linking contacts on gmail and the calendar, sometimes it recognises "Jim" <jim@blah.net> other times it's "jim@blah.net" <jim@blah.net> when you add a list of invites (and they are in your contacts), I can't figure out the pattern.

There's a new official Google Calendar module for the Personalized Home Page which I've been waiting for. Unfortunately it only shows your main calendar, making it useless for me.
