I took a look at your website (blog) and I will tell you what I noticed.

First thing is the interface of the blog, is good but the colors are not clear, I mean painful to read and find information.

The design make people come again and again, easy to find information also a factor. People have no time to check slowly and part by part. People these days are rushing.

My suggestion is to change the color to white or any other color can be easy for visitors to read the content.
