It looks great.
Just one question though.
You have a "security" guy, and yet it is still possible to mess up the forum with ridiculously huge avatars.
Mmmmmmmmmm.
It's not really security, but it would be pretty annoying.
But, enough whining, why is there a "security" guy?
[I just tried it and it definetely works. Maybe you should put a limit on avatar image sizes?]

We have had people hack into the website, hense why we have a security guy.

I did say that in my post.
I was just suggesting an improvement; limit on avatar sizes.
The site looks great. I like the new menu above the top.
P.S. There's a dead link on the homepage: "Xp Style Money Writing"
It gives me a 404 error.

It's the site that loads in the frame I'm getting an error from:
