Hello. I want to know if it is possible to replace any character (or
space) by a wild card.

Most of my music files are shorted in 3 ways:

1) milk and sugar

2) milk_and_sugar

3) milk.and.sugar

Which is the advanced operator if I don't know if the file name
contains a space or not?

For example can I type something like the following?

milk*and*sugar
