I have an ad campaign that runs only in the USA but I live in Canada. My problem is that I would like to be able to view my ads, but cannot because I'm not in the USA. I have tried to look for an answer to this problem my searching on this site and on Google as well (keywords google adwords campaign foreign view), but have so far found nothing.

If you can help me by letting me know how to view my campaign or if you think you have a likely place/string of keywords that will help me find the answer myself, I would be most appreciative.

You could search by using a US-based proxy.
A search should provide plenty of those.

proxy sites will help, almost all of them have US ips. Also you can use "adsense preview tool" from google.

You can now use Google AdWords Ad Preview to check how your ad's are being displayed in different locations.
