Got a weird situation here, I got zero impression but one click on a page

It also used to happen to me as well initially when didn't had any clicks, but now I couldn't notice it since I do get some clicks not many though.

It happened to me yesterday. I didn't wait any longer to tell adsense supprt after I notice that. Didn't get a reply yet.
