I need a .info domain name please...
but I can register it because I don't own a credit card... and most of registrar ask for it...

There have been three .info promotions where you can register free .info domain names. I don't know if they are still open, but you might want to try that.

The problem is that you need to have a credit card to use those offers. There was only one offer where you could get one without a credit card, and that has closed.

I think it is because everybody has only 25 domains and if you don't give the CC you can make up names and stuff to get unlimited domains hahahah
Could be the reason...
