Maybe this like helps you with your search for a free html editor:

I can't advise you one, because I don't use a free one, I use dreamweaver (well, sort of, I don't use the wysiwyg thingy) _________________ I love new messages, don't you? |

| Yea I use dreamweaver. It is much better than anything else because it can do php and stuff unlike frontpage. I have Adobe GoLive too but I cant understand how to use it so i just leave it alone. |

Neno, could you explain yourself a little better? I don't see what's so funny and I don't understand what a tutorial has to do with good free html editors. _________________ I love new messages, don't you? |

Microsoft Frontpage isn't free, it's quite expensive. It's part of the 'office' series you see. You could always make a program free. _________________ MS Discussion |

For me every software is free
Why don't you download a copy of Dreamweaver and crack it?
Or try some crappy HTML on the web :p _________________

I use Microsoft Frontpage. I know I shouldn't. I might try Dreamweaver. I could use Notepad, but I'm too damn lazy.
If I ever get Unix or something, I swear only to use a pico editor. _________________ http://julien.sizzly.com

| I am using Ultraedit and IE. Maybe Ultraedit is not a freeware, but it's really worth to pay for it. |

The best software is free software, and I believe that, but this is not true in all cases.
I don't adhere to this principle anyways ...
You can use a advanced notepad-based text editor called Notepad2 that has syntax highlighting and what-not...
I don't have the URL right now, but I can upload it to my webspace for a limited time if you want... _________________ "A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get it's pants on." - Winston Churchill |
