How does Google calculate Sitelinks
 
When searched for jobboerse in google.de, then you see the first search result
contain more details about the site.

Example for site links for the first match>
http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&q=job&meta=
http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&q=jobboerse&meta=

We are top with these words:
http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&q=baba9&meta=
http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&q=stellenboerse&meta=
http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&q=stellenangebot&meta=
 
but we do not have any site links can anybody
tell me what need to be done to have the site links for my site
or how google calculates site links

Well Google indexes all the links it can find but it only shows you the ones it thinks are quality.
