Hi,
May be it's a stupid question... Why does Google separate Adsense and Adwords into 2 different programs and subdomains? Users have to register twice if they want to join both programs, they have to give out similar information about themselves for each program. They cannot combine statistics from 2 programs. The disadvantages go on and on. It seems that Yahoo is doing the same thing.

I think that the most wanted thing would be the ability to transfer funds from AdSense directly to AdWords.

Can you determine how many clicks on ads came from adword campaign? Does having two accounts (one for adsense and one for adword) make it difficult to see the results of adword campaign?

At first, I was upset about them being apart, but now I actually like them being seperate.

I'm sure Google has good reasons for how they structure the two programs.
