AdSense doesnt drive visitors, only pays you some money.

You have to figure out other ways to drive traffic to your site.
Buid content rich pages, get a language translater, get an opt-in form,
etc.

You have a long way to go, but you'll get there!

You probably mean google adwords, right?

I do adwords and adsense. In general, adwords hasn't sent me that much extra traffic, and I would rank it #3 or #4 behind other strategies that generate more traffic for me. (Basic SEO is #1.)
