People ask if it is possible to stop the bank robber before they will strike? I said "Yes I can!" Can you read their minds? I said "No" Then how? I said "by using technology that is available long time ago!"<br /><br />I've been studying for a long time how the bank robbery is being executed and it comes only in one denominator. Stolen vehicles are used to execute bank robbery. If we have a system to detect that a particular vehicle is stolen, then we can stop the vehicle before it will enter the business district of a particular a city.<br /><br />I am inviting computer engineers to participate in the development of a systems that can have great impact to the world safety.
