Of course I've heard of yoga. I used to practise yoga everyday at one point of time, but I don't really do that now. Its a great way of exercise. Its different from other types of exercise because in yoga energy is conserved, and in other types of exercise energy is expended.

hello there kul, well i used to practice yoga before. i dont actually like yoga though its too good for the body and also protects you from various problems. i used to get up at 5 and practice it,it was too much. i used to watch baba ramdev do it,i suppose he is world famous for that.

Don't mind but may I know why do you hate Baba Ramdev? I mean I am not a follower of him but I appreciate the work that he has done in bringing a sort of 'Yoga Revolution' and making Yoga so popular.

It's not like that...this is really pleasant to do....it's slow but with excellent results which are super fast...as kul_male told here u don't expend your energy but u'll get the results....just search in google or something to know abt it....one more thing even meditation comes into yoga

hi friends, as i said earlier,yoga is absolutely good for your health and it does help you a lot,it protects us from many problems,health wise. but as my friend iamtheking9 said, i too hate baba ramdev. i mean i would rather say that these people are basically making money and fame and so its unfair,but obviously people do have their own views, well this is my personal opinion,yoga shouldnt be done to make money and fame,its wrong. but i suppose,the art of living master shri shri ravi shankar is good.
