Help me, folks. I'm stuck. I've got a DVD containing four Hindi/Bollywood movies. Now, when I play the DVD on my PC, the first three movies play properly, but the third one doesn't start playing at all. On my dad's laptop, all the four movies play properly. Its all very confusing.

Maybe there is something messed up with the cd drive on your PC or your maybe using a differnet program to play the DVD and the one program can't decode it. Is it one of those pirated dvd's that have multiple movies on it? We get those over here in Iraq, the Iraqi's sell DVD's with several pirated movies on them and sometimes some of the movies play and some of them don't. Also, a lot of the times if we switch dvd players it works.

No, the program's the same. In fact, I've tried playing the fourth movie with all the media players on my PC, but nothing happens. While it works on my dad's laptop. And I don't really know whether its pirated or not, though I think it might be. But that's beside the point. If it is pirated, the DVD would either play or not play at all. At least, that's what I've seen till now. Plus, there's no problem with my PC's DVD drive, because other DVDs work perfectly on it.
I'm really confused, and that doesn't happen often. Confused
