Would a 400 w power supply be enough for the following?

Pentium 4 at 3.2 GHz (socket 775)
Asus P5AD2 Premium motherboard
512 mb ram
ATI Radon X800XT PCI-Express (16 x)
1 IDE Hard drive 80 GB
1 IDE Hard drive 60 GB
1 DVD Rom
1 CD-RW (rewriter 52x)

The case is the following: A Zorro case with the 400 W and 3 fans

Now can anybody tell me is 400W enough considering the ATI Radeon X800XT takes power.

Thank you once again.

EDIT: It looks like it will just be enough by checking out these sites:

http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_supply
http://www.adecy.com/psu/
http://www.wavijo.com/pwrsply.html

But I may need a bit more so please still tell me what you think.

Hmm.... in my opinion i dont think 400w is enough for ur computer. U should get the one at least 450 W or 550 W for the best. Coz ur new computer going to ' eat ' lotz of power. N u should get a better quality of power supply such as Antec one's the true power series. u can checj it out at www.antec.com.
