i've 2 websites in languages other than english. their both have gr=4. if i place a link on those sites to an english site, does that help increase the gr of the english site??

my thought is that would help, but are they as important as websites in same language???

I think you mean PR (PageRank)? Yes, language shouldn't matter.

sorry i meant page ranking. i didn't notice i typed it as google ranking, cuz i sometimes use google ranking website to check my site's google position if i search with particular keyword(s) ...
