Oddpost is an award-winning web-based email application with an astounding news aggregator built right in. Advanced spam filtering, a refreshing absence of advertising, and an unparalleled interface with the speed and ease of use of a desktop application are but a select few of the myriad pleasures enjoyed by the Oddpost subscriber.

Funny, I've never heard of them before Surprised ...and what a weird name btw, Oddpost? lol. It looks like Oddpost is a paid email service, looking from the front page...$30 per year. However, they offer a 30 day trial, so that's good. Their features are quite extensive, although their storage space only goes up to 50mb, and from looking at their screenshots, it appears like a desktop application, like they said. Smile haha.

Does anyone have or used this Oddpost service before?

Umm... does anyone know where I can obtain a Gmail invite? Is this still an option or will I have to wait patiently for the Gmail to become public? I'm really anxious about this and would really appreciate any help that anyone can give to me in this respect. Thanks!

You have to wait until the shop gets more invites. If you click the "Shop" link at the top right corner of the page, you'll notice that there used to be 9 invites, but they are all sold out. If/when the shop gets more, you just buy one with your GC$. I believe the price is 750$, which isn't too much. Just keep posting good, thought out posts and you'll have the money in no time. The only problem is restocking the shop with invites.

I've been using Hotmail for several years, and when I got this email, I thought it was almost funny. It's crazy how much impact Gmail is having on the rest of the free email providers.

well gmail is the best, i have allways liked hotmail over the others because you can use it in outlook express, but then they send you more junkmail, but oh well. But gmail is the best now, deffinitly.
