I said it would happen. What's the big deal I hear you say  wait a year or two and you'll find out!
The thing I found funniest when reading this in the newspaper was Shareholders United's threat to form an alterternative club to Man Utd...mmm. THERE ALREADY IS ONE! IT'S CALLED MAN CITY! THAT'S THE CLUB THAT PEOPLE FROM MANCHESTER ACTUALLY SUPPORT! Well...come on when was the last time you saw a Man Utd. supporter with a northern accent???  |

I've heard the name before. Mr. Glazier also owns the Tampa Bay Buccaneers American Football Franchise in the NFL. What's he like? Can you tell us anything about him?

1980: Fought his 5 sisters over his Mother Hannah's will.
1989: Failed bid to buy Harley-Davidson motorcycle company.
1995: bought Tampa Bay Buccaneers American Football team for 125m.
2003: Buccaneers win superbowl.
2004: Incresed his stake in Man Utd to 28.11%
2005: Launched bid to take over utd.
Family: married to Linda and has 6 children- Kevin, Bryan, Ed, Darcie and Soccer-loving sons Joel and Avi. |
