Doh, we've missed the point here....
Yes, Google Addwords does not support redirects and there is a simple logical explanation to that!
Imagine that someone created an ADD: "Welcome to www.happy-children.com" which redirects to "adultxxx.com" - anyone who clicked on that ADD would be redirected to adultsxx web site! This can not be allowed!
