I'd like to write an application that will basically be integrated with paypal and partnered with adsense. The site will try to turn convert adsense visits into paypal visits

Basically, I'd like to be able to monitor the whole adsense/adwords scene and maybe look out for trends and niche areas in the market. Find high value, low cost keywords to 'turn over', in a suitable field.

Can anyone recommend methods that would help me do that ? Or adsense resources, blogs, tools etc.. that I should be looking at in order to maximize my effectiveness and turn my sites into profitable businesses ?
