Ok, just make a PHP site for every section a drive it with a database...

All sites are made like that (or almost all sites - good ones :P )

Try creating a sample for every section an then form the HTML create the php file that will handdle the request...

Any information jus call me...

It wouldn't hurt to read about php and web programming...
