In general, yes. But that's not a for-sure rule because it depends on the quality of links, or the sites that are doing the linking.
Use a server-side stats program. I don't think this is possible with blogspot.
The other thing you could do is simply search your site on Google to see if it shows up. If it does, you must have been spidered.
