sorry for my writing above. I try to make it simpler.
at the moment I'm looking for an idea of new topic for website:
1. in order to attract more visitors, the topic is should be less competitors (can be seen in numbers of google searching result for this topic).
2. nevertheless, the number of people who search for this topic should be "high" per month (called niche market). this number (per month) for this topic can be detected by software named "good keyword" as i used it now.
3. lastly, I divided no 2 by no 1 to have result in percentage, where the higher result is the better.
the problem is almost impossible to achieve result of above 50% for niche market. so i'd like to have your idea on "what range" you think that's still good niche market. 5-10% is still okey? (off course I still have to SEO my web after niche market chosen).
