I want to register my site.. and i'm in dilemma.

Do i get any benefit or disadvantage if i register my website in www.domainname.com.np rather than DomainName.com -- Reserve Your Place In Cyberspace with DomainName.com Domain Name Registration Services! Where shall i register and why?
