Hi,
An interesting topic that many webmasters nearly forget about discussing it. Well, having semi old computers is not really limited to some people in some parts of the world.
Many are still sticking to their older OS and system because they simply use their PC for checking their web based email account or browse something.
But very quickly, maybe in a year or so, they all will be having to upgrade their software and hardware parts simply because they have to, otherwise even a simple email checking would not be possible.
