Google Community - View Single Post - What do u think about stuffing keywords in title tag?

yeah i'll put all of them in my signature, but i know almost none will click to those sites. even then, will it work for getting better pr? hey guess what by the way i am very good at c and cpp. but i am a new graduate and fresher at seo.
