What can I do? Can I report it to Google and will they do anything about censuring the other company? The irony is that they are appearing above us in the Adwords section, so presumably they are prepared to pay more than us for the keyword!!
Interested to hear from anyone who knows the Australian situation also, as that's where we are based.
