I seem to be having a one-sided conversation here

. When adding https://mail.google.com/mail/feed/atom to subscriptions in Google Reader all I get are a whole pile of feeds I can choose to subscribe to, but nothing that pertains to Gmail

.
Neither am I being prompted for my E-mail address or password.
