Thomas (archer 007) will be leaving us, but I just wanted to post a last comment. The crashes can be caused by conflicting add-ons, so I suggest uninstalling all add-ons and seeing if that helps. If it does, re-install them one at a time to see when the conflict begins. If not, try re-installing Firefox.
