I guess google groups is typical of google... no real way for the general public to contact anyone directly at google, and you never get anything other than copy-n-paste responses from anyone at google either. Not that I expected any different here, though I had hoped. In any event, the lack of contact methods is really starting to put me off when it comes to google services. I generally love Google... but they have enough money and resources to have outstanding customer support. Instead you see people complaining about different sorts of issues and never do I ever see any google person pop in, even just to say "We're working on it", unless it directly involves money for them (such as adwords) and then they take a few days. /rant Anyway, this lack of newsgroup indexing is really annoying.
