Hello & Gmail notifier
Hello everyone,
My Intro:-
I suspect that "Elliot" is the person who has assisted me onto this forum, therefore, public thanks for all you have done - especially for you, on Christmas Eve, and for me on Christmas Day!(due to the time difference)
About me -
I'm retired, living in the south of Spain.
I have been using a computer for about 2 years and I'm still on a steep (precipitous) learning curve! (Which I enjoy)
I have retired from the medical profession, but have found that "retired" is only a name!
My interests are (obviously, medical matters), Tauromaquia, Flamenco, Photography and Jazz - of which I am the secretary of the local Jazz Appreciation Society. (Our president is a retired jazz musician and runs a jazz programme on the Spanish Radio and a 24/7 jazz programme on the internet, which is rated at about 3 to 5 out of some millions of jazz radio programmes on the internet)
My family are all Spanish on my wife's side. We travel regularly to Galicia,
in the north of Spain, where my wife's family live.
There is much more, but I think that that will do for now!
My question:-
I have downloaded the Notifier. previously to downloading I was informed that I could programme the notifier to make a sound when notifying. It does not do so, only a quick pop up appears. My question is twofold -
1. How may I include a 'sound' with the notifying pop up?
2. Is there a way to have the pop-up stay up longer than for about a second?
