I usually work a 10 hour day and I love that this program is so quick AND I can do it at home. I don't have to wait for a machine at the gym, I didn't have to spend thousands to have what I need at home and I don't have to try and look cute at the gym! I spent about $50.00 getting my work out ball, weights and bands and I'm done in exactly 20 minutes. It's AWESOME!!! Busy life or not I highly recommend this and YES you FEEL that burn by the fourth rep, if you don't your weight is too light! Pump it up!.
