Welcome to the General Discussion forum. You might be wondering what actually qualifies to go under General Discussion, and what qualifies to go under Chit Chat. General Discussion is more on-topic, important discussion topics. Chit Chat is more unorganized, off-topic random discussion.

For example, here is a topic you might post in General Discussion: "Time magazine Person of 2004." Here is a topic you might post in Chit Chat: "Cool Flash Animation" or "Who's your favourite video game character??" I think most members can decide for themselves which forum section their topic fits in. If you have any questions, feel free to send a PM to me, intelliot, or any forum moderator. If you see a thread that you believe should be moved from Chit Chat to General Discussion, or General Discussion to Chit Chat, please PM me, intelliot, or any forum moderator.

Also, we are going to be more strict on replies in General Discussion. No one-word replies or simple posting "Cool" or "Thanks." If you are posting a reply in this forum, please make it constructive, and add information or usefullness to the topic. One word replies and non-constructive posts will be deleted if necessary.
