'Its cold out side'

I've just been told by a member of there staff that im a MUG and that my site will never get a better PR because i dont no what im doing and this was said because i didnt signup with them. They offer 500 backlinks for £200. The main reason i didnt signup is because there own site only had a PR of 1 and i said this and the come back i got was 'We dont need to market our site were here to do that for you'

Does anyone here do business with these guys??? If so, was it wearth it!
