No it is not from Yahoo!, MSN Spaces, or even Live Journal. After searching the net and finding many weird journals (from igossip to blogspirit) I have found Blogger's rival. It is even "open source" like Bloggers. Introducing Blog Drive (
http://www.blogdrive.com/). You can do some of the similiar features that Blogger has (although it may seem more complex, but that could be more due to my unfamiliararity towards it). I think the only thing it lacks (thus far) is the Ad Sense feature that Blogger has. Don't believe me? Try if for yourselves. Selah!
