Just want to add my situation on here also. I tried to log on to my gmail today and got the same message as above. I think itīs because someone has hacked into my account and been sending spam from there. Fair enough, they need to something about this, but to just close my account with warning is ridicuclous. And to make matters worse is their customer care unit. Iīve emailed once and got an automated message. Then followed their instructions and went through this section:
Google and got what seems to be another automated response saying I theyīre not going to give me access and I should just set up another account! I really canīt believe this. I have contacts on there that I only speak to by email, if I donīt get this back Iīll never be able to contact them again. Also, 5 years of data, pictures, documents, and emails.
So, basically, HELP!
