Just look for a link exchange partner usually in a webmaster forum you will find there some post like looking for a link exchange....Also just get the contact info of the webmaster of a certain site which is related to yours...Then PM/or e-mail them give your anchor text and URL...Communicate them well...Then if your link was already in their site put their link to your site...Just like that....
