And write mails only to sites that want to exchange links e.g. sites which like to exchange links with others sites have web pages like "exchange link" or "links" or "resources".
Don't use contact us and RFQs form for asking link exchange. I am getting many LE proposals through "RFQs" and "contact us" page. That's really so Unprofessional and pathetic.
