Greeting everyone,

My user name describes where I live, but please call me Jim.

The reason I joined Google community was to find likeminded people that I can become friends with.


I create and manage websites and appear to be pretty good at getting them listed on the first page of most search engines (except for msn, which doesn’t count since they perform poorly for most searches)

I have a few more I am working on, but here are my results so far:

http://TopPayer.com When you search for (top payer) without the brackets, it’s listed on the first page of Google and spidered to another sites I own, also on the first page of Google.

http://100PercentPayout.com When you search for (100 percent payout) without the brackets, it’s listed in first and second place on Google.

http://MySuccessCode.com When you search for (my success code) without the brackets, it’s listed in first place on Google. When you search for (success code) without the brackets it’s listed on the second page of Google.

http://BestPayingAffiliates.com When you search for (best paying affiliates) without the brackets, it’s list on the first page of Google.

http://FreeSurveyedLeads.com When you search for (free surveyed leads) without the brackets, it’s listed on the first page of Google.

http://EstatePlanningSecrets.com When you search for (estate planning secrets) without the brackets, it’s listed in first and second place on Google.

http://TruthSeekersNews.com When you search for (truth seekers news) without the brackets, it’s listed in first and second place on Google.

http://TopPayingAffiliate.com When you search for (top paying affiliate) without the brackets, it’s listed in first place on Google and so is my other site, http://BestPayingAffiliates.com .

http://WriteATrust.com When you search for (write a trust) without the brackets, it’s not listed on Google yet because it is new, but http://888Probate.com comes up on the fist page, which for now, is a mirror copy of writeatrust.com

http://888Probate.com When you search for (888-probate) without the brackets, all of the sites on the first page of Google are my sites. I have been offered $50,000 for just the phone number by a group of 60 lawyers! When they found out I owned the website too, their broker said they would up the offer, but I turned it down.

In 1983, I founded the, “National Association Of Estate Planners” and since then, have written four books on asset protection, probate and guardianship avoidance, and my newest one is, “How To Write, Manage, And Settle A Trust, Without A Lawyer”.

“The Secret” is a movie that’s been advertised all over the net. It is based on Wallace Wattle’s book, “The Science Of Getting Rich”, considered by many, as the greatest book ever written on getting rich, although it is difficult to understand.

I decided to update it in 2003 because it’s quaint language, outdated examples, and it was written specifically for people of the Christian faith. I made it applicable to anyone who believes that “thoughts are things”, incredibly powerful things when mixed with desire and determination.
