Google Community - View Single Post - Page getting lots of hits, can't figure out why

I've got a post on my blog that is getting an unusual number of hits but I can't figure out why. When I do PageInfo / Backwards Links, it shows nothing. Is there a way to tell in Google Analytics where the traffic from a particular page is coming from?
