I reviewed this list and found it to only be about 50% accurate. You can get a sampling of the results using this custom search engine: PageRush Dofollow Search - Find dofollow blogs.

Or, get access to a list (with PageRank) which is actually verified: PageRush Dofollow Feeds - Subscribe to blogs that count.

Please let me know if anyone finds any more lists of dofollow blogs!
