I think he's confused with what google allows and doesn't allow.
Google DOES allow you to state how much $$ you earn with them.
However they don't want you doing printout style statments of CTR , CPM , Click rates ,ect on open website as it's potentially harmful for when people game the system.
Furthermore I make about a buck a day with adsense. I've made tons more than that with going directly to advertisers for relevant ads.
