Mortgage/real estate PPC campaigns can be harder than many others due to the relative cost of bids (Several dollars each) to rank decently for your term.

Consider SEO as well as PPC for local search terms "My town loan officer" ECT , this should be much more effective than going for a broad term.

I reviewed Google Biz Kit and made about $90 per day using the system. Check out my review.
