Question How to remove ***PROBABLY SPAM***

Hi, I'm a newbee for posting, but I have regularly gone through the forum to find answers to my questions.
I love gmail and I wouldn't change it for any price! I do have a few remarks or questions though and here is the first one:
I regularly get the ***Probably Spam*** mark in the subject line for certain normal and private e-mails. Whenever these contacts write to me they are marked as "Probably Spam". Is there a feature that allows me to tell Gmail's system that this is definitely not spam??? It is very annoying to get this systematically with the same correspondents. The system should - in my view! - be able to understand that if you do not report it as spam and even archive the message, it means that next time it should not be marked as "Probably Spam".
Besides this, I must say that I find gmail's anti-spam absolutely excellent. I get very few spams in my inbox although I spend hours per day on internet, leaving my address in many forums, etc. I cannot understand how some people complain about gmail's anti-spam filter!!!
