We have a competitor that is breaking advertising rules and making the other companies advertising with that word hard to advertise. I found in google adwords help they are breaking the rule called "Double serve ads" What they are doing is creating several adwords accounts and making several similar websites selling the same products and taking up the majority of the ad positions and pushing the other company ads way down so customers won't see them as well. I have sent google three messages on it, in last two months with no replies and no evdience of any action being taken on it. We may not be a VIP adwords customer but we are spending $5000 plus a month on them, which is a majority of our sales at this time because of this company taking up the slots for ads. Anyone know how to get a hold of google for this, and any tips on how to present a case to them to get this taken care of? And any other ways we could take action against them?
