If people reload your order-confirmation page it will send the e-commerce information all over again, with the exact same order-id, thus multiplying the number of products in said transaction...
With Firefox able to re-open your last viewed page, this phenomenon is bound to happen very often.
I'm trying to find a way to avoid this. I'll let you know if I ever manage to do so!
